Social networks allow you to share files, make your texts available on the net, activate forums and group discussions.

Personally, I consider social media services for researchers to be a valuable tool for expanding the communication of the scientific community and access to research results. Social networks are platforms that allow aggregation, the creation of contact networks and the sharing of news and information in multiple formats: texts, images, audio and video material, a virtual place "where to exchange and discuss ideas and create new collaborations.
